Through the investigation of the history and traditional criticism of women's clothing, I hope to show feminism through unique women's clothing.
The costume background is set in the 18th century. At this time, the Rococo style was popular in the West, and the Qing Dynasty in the East. The two different worlds both carnival dressed in their own costumes.
Rococo reflected the luxurious and hedonistic atmosphere of the high-class society at that time, so the clothes generally had enlarged hips, corseted waists, and many lace, flower, and bow ties.
During the Qing Dynasty, women were also bound. Instead of tying their waists, they were popular in binding their feet, which was also seen in high-end luxury homes.
So my video tells the story of breaking free from bondage and pursuing freedom and liberation (not just for women)
