Redrawing Shakespeare's Macbeth, I amplified the theme of 'fatalism'. Throughout my research, I found out that witches' prophecies have penetrated the whole story, therefore, I am interested in the theme of fatalism. Exploring the theme of fatalism and the influence of prophecies in "Macbeth" invites a critical examination of Macbeth's character development and the role of external forces in shaping his destiny. While the witches' prophecies undoubtedly catalyse Macbeth's actions, it's crucial to question whether they exert total control over him or if Macbeth's choices play a more significant role in determining his fate.
